Sinopunk.com is looking for original stories to publish on its website and, once sufficient stories have been presented, an e-book.

Submissions must be:

1. Chinese cyberpunk - ie., depicting elements / facets of Chinese society in a technological or futuristic setting. It does not have to be set in China.

2. written in English.

Submissions are preferred to be:

1. original and unpublished

2. authored by persons of Chinese ethnicity and/or nationality

3. no shorter than 1,000 words and no longer than 7,500

4. written for an adult audience

Submission details:

1. Multiple or simultaneous submissions allowed.

2. All submissions should be in Rich Text Format (saved under the file extension '.rtf'), and emailed to jason at banico dot com dot au, with subject 'Sinopunk submission'.

3. The deadline for submission is May 30, 2012, or until filled.

There is no direct compensation for selected stories, but authors will be entitled to royalty shares if/when an e-book is published and sold.
